Toshiba release its Tecra R840 (14-inch), Tecra R850 (15.5-inch)and Portege R830 (13.3-inch) Business Laptops today. Toshiba Tecra R840 and R850 can be configured with Core i3, i5 or i7 Sandy Bridge processors, up to 8GB RAM, either hard drive or SSD for storage and optional AMD Radeon HD 6450M discrete GPU. Both laptops will comes in thin a fiberglass reinforced chassis which make them lighter than their predecessor.They also comes with spill resistant keyboard, optical drive and Windows 7 Professional OS. Toshiba Tecra R840 will be available with price ranged from $899.00 to $1,479.00 while Tecra R850 will be priced between $879.00 and $1,399.00.
Toshiba Portege R835 on the other hand is a 13.3-inch business laptop similar to Portege R830 but comes with additional ExpressCard slot anddocking capability. It is powered by a Core i3 or i5 Sandy Bridge processor, up to 8GB RAM and an Integrated graphic chip. Other features including sill resistant keyboard, optical drive and Windows 7 Professional OS. Toshiba Portege R830 will be available with price ranged from between $1,049.00 to $1,649.00.
