Ufone has just started its season 3 for win free prizes, mobile phones and free minutes. The program will be on air on ATV from 10:10 PM to 11:00 PM every Saturday and Sunday. Only Ufone subscribers can participate other network users will not be considered as part of contest.

On purchase of the Truetone(s) (“Content”) from Ufone @ Rs.12 per tone through SMS and/or by calling 7979 and participating in Ufone’s Live Game Show on ATV (“Programme”), you agree to be bound by the following covenants, enforceable against you by Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (“PTML”):
1) The participant in the Programme represents that he/she understands the terms and conditions of the Programme and is participating in the Programme with his/her free and full consent or in case of a minor, with the consent of his/her parents/guardians.
2) The participant understands that by merely purchasing the Content he/she will not become entitled to participate in Programme.
3) PTML reserves the right to discontinue the Programme at any time without notice to the participants and also to alter the Programme, its format and/or these terms and conditions at any time at its sole absolute discretion.
4) PTML assumes no liability whatsoever in case of misrepresentation, fraud or any other act or omission of any third party and shall also not be responsible for any foreseeable or unforeseeable harm/loss/injury/mishap that may arise from purchasing the Content and participating in the Programme including but not limited to the quality, accuracy, originality and fitness of the Content.
5) PTML further advises its customers/subscribers not to respond to any SMS from any number except from 7979 in respect of purchasing the Content or participating in the Programme. PTML bears no responsibility or liability for any type of loss or damage incurred due to fraud or misrepresentation committed by third party.
6) The prices advertised are exclusive of the Government charges, taxes and other levies. The applicable taxes are 10% withholding income tax and 19.5% federal excise duty subject to change by the competent authority.

- Service is offered to both Pre-Paid and Post-Pay users.
- In order to get the cash prize and mobile handset, user will visit the nearest Ufone service centre along with original NIC & SIM.
- After the customer verification, CC staff will hand over the cash prize or mobile phone to the customer.
- If original user does not appear then cash prize will not be handed over.
- Reward needs to be collected inside 30 days; prizes shall not be exchangeable, transferable, and redeemable or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part.
- Ufone Employees will not be eligible to participate in this Game show.
- Marketing team will issue a press release of winners in leading newspapers.
- The prizes shall be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and Ufone does not accept any responsibility for the same.
